This machine is suction fed and top loading for continuous production. There are 6 common fold types available at the flick of a switch – single, letter, gate, zig-zag, double parallel and fold out. The fold plates set automatically after you have selected what type of fold you require. Accurate sheet size is determined by a back stop that has a built in sensor. The rollers are designed to compensate for all types of fold and paper weight.
Variable speed is selectable and it has a double and jam detector. Long belt delivery built underneath to save space. The fold plates are fully enclosed and fitted with anti-static brushes and also have micro adjustments for fine tuning.
