The DigiFold Pro XL is Morgana’s heavy-duty automatic creasing and folding system, developed for mid-to-high volume digital and offset production. With its ability to process sheets up to an impressive 1300mm long, it is ideally suited to the extended sheet capabilities of today’s digital production presses.

Fully Automatic Set-Up
The DigiFold Pro XL features an intuitive colour touchscreen designed to make changing between jobs quick and straightforward.
The operator enters the sheet size, media type and thickness and the machine automatically sets key parameters including roller gaps, speed and fan settings.
Adjustments can also be made while the machine is running, helping minimise set-up times between short and frequently changing digital print jobs.
Advanced Vacuum Feeding
The open-design vacuum feeder has been engineered to reliably handle a wide range of digitally printed and offset stocks.
Automated vacuum feeding combined with Morgana’s air-knife separation system provides reliable sheet separation and consistent feeding, including difficult and slippery digitally printed media.
The open feeder design also makes loading long sheets considerably easier and allows the operator to monitor production throughout the run.
Creasing & Folding in One Pass
The DigiFold Pro XL combines Morgana’s proven creasing technology with high-speed folding, allowing digitally printed work to be professionally creased and folded in a single operation.
This is particularly beneficial when processing toner-based digital print, heavier stocks and cross-grained work where conventional folding can cause cracking along the fold.
The result is a clean, professional finish while eliminating the need to crease and fold work as two separate processes.
Flexible Delivery
The DigiFold Pro XL is equipped with a belt stacker for folded sheets together with a delivery tray for crease-only applications.
The operator can switch between crease and fold jobs through the touchscreen without having to reconfigure the machine.
