The Horizon BQ-240 was developed for operation by one person. All necessary mechanical setup is very simple. With a maximum output of 400 bindings per hour, this perfect binder is ideal for small and medium-sized manufacturing operations. Binding – a coating drum applies adhesive to the back of the book for high-quality adhesive binding.
Milling & notching – rotary milling shaves the book back for good adhesive application, milling can be easily turned off.Notching opens the fibers of the book to give a stronger bond. Nipping – strong and powerful mechanism for Nipping the cover to the book, can also be used for pad making without cover..
